Why do you need my work email address?

NHS email addressed are used to automatically verify that you are an NHS worker. This method of verification has been approved for use on our site by NHS England and Improvement. At signup, you can also enter a personal email address which can be used for all communications, meaning your NHS email will only be required to log in.

If you have already set up an account and wish to update your personal email address, select 'User Details' under your account on the platform. Please note that it can take up to a week for your account to update with this new email address.
